Kuuhubb Provides Corporate Update

Toronto, Canada - Kuuhubb Inc. (“Kuuhubb” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: KUU) reports that it intends to file on SEDAR its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 (“Financial Statements”) and related MD&A next week. The fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 was the Company’s first full year of operation following its change of business transaction in June 2017, and with (a) the three business acquisitions and acquisition of a game app distribution right completed by the Company since the beginning of June 2017, (b) such acquisitions involving multiple jurisdictions, and (c) the recent change in auditors of the Company to MNP LLP, the audit of the Financial Statements is taking longer than expected and will not be finished today. As soon as the audit has been completed and the Financial Statements and related MD&A have been filed on SEDAR next week, the Company will issue a press release to provide notification of the filing.
